The infrastructure boasts of two self sufficient manufacturing facilities in Haryana equipped with sophisticated machinery and advanced technological setup. Both the facilities cover a total area of around 3, 50,000 sq.ft.
All the products are manufactured in tandem with world class quality requirements at every stage of production. The company also has in house integrated mass production manufacturing lines to achieve bulk orders. Fully integrated ERP systems are also employed to keep track of the inventory online. All the facilities are fully backed with 100% generator power backup. |

Product Development

To cater to the multifarious requirements of the customers, the design and development division is consistently developing newer and faster tools & aids for manufacturing. As an integral part of the production process, the tooling division is fully equipped with Solid Modeling Design Software, 3D capabilities and CNC integrated units. Right from inception and designing to Tool Dies, Jigs and Fixtures, the facility is entrenched with technology and skilled labor for complete product development.
The manufacturing facility is equipped with state of the art machinery for Cutting, Pressing, Polishing and Final Inspection and Packaging process. |
Cutting
The cutting section is facilitated by highly advanced mechanical shearing and trimming machines for accurate and precision cutting of the raw materials.
Pressing

Technically advanced machinery has been installed to produce unmatched stainless steel Petwares, Hotelwares and Housewares. The Press shop is fully operational with various Pressing machines with capacities ranging from 150 tons to 450 tons. High tech machinery for fabrication comprises of Power Press, Special Blending Machines, High technology Welding Machines and SPMs.
Polishing
Utmost care is taken to ensure superior finishing of the products. This is achieved by various quality oriented production techniques and machineries.
Inspection
Although stringent quality control methods and policies are effected at every stage of the production process, the end products undergo various quality checks to maintain the impeccable standards set by the company.

The company believes in safe and faster delivery of the final products to its customers and has infused the same practices as a part of its internal operations in the Packaging division. In house factory stuffing through conveyor belts and ceiling of containers are carried out by custom authorities before the final dispatch, thus ensuring minimum involvement of any third party in the transit. |
